We are a mother and daughter duo! Our intention in opening the Harmonic Egg Ottawa is to share all the tools and knowledge we have accumulated throughout our life experience to help others live their best lives and fulfill their purpose here on earth. Most importantly, we want to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to release what is no longer serving you, and support you through your healing journey.
Carrie Gray

Osteopath, Singer
Carrie is a registered Osteopath, Reiki Master, and Energy Healer with over 30 years of experience. She is highly trained in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Matrix Repatterning and demonstrates a deep intuitive connection to the body. Using light, still touch, Carrie works with the body's natural rhythms while clients remain fully clothed on a massage table. She attunes to how freely the bones, fluids, and potency move, fostering a sense of safety and ease.
Her approach is rooted in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), which focuses on the body's innate ability to heal and self-regulate, particularly the nervous system. This client-led therapy emphasizes the ever-present health within the body and supports its natural balance and harmony. Carrie’s sessions help clients develop inner resources while addressing a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, and post-concussion syndrome. By holding space for profound healing, Carrie empowers the body’s capacity to restore and renew.
Rachael Jewell

Singer/Songwriter, Sound Healer
Rachael is a singer/songwriter, voice teacher, sound healer with a Master's Degree in Opera/Vocal Performance from The University of Ottawa. Music and performing has been her passion from an early age, as a multi-genre singer including opera, musical theatre, jazz and pop. ​
After years of anxiety/depression and a desire to change the outer circumstances of her life, Rachael's healing journey awakened a deep desire to understand the energetic functions of the body and how to change our reality by changing our vibrational state of being. She pursued her education in sound healing and its healing benefits here in Ottawa with Rebecca White Raven and offers personal sound healing sessions. Rachael is passionate about finding the root cause of any physical, mental and emotional ailment and empowering others to discover their potential and innate ability to heal themselves.

Curt Knuth is a dedicated energy healer with 7 years of experience. As a trained practitioner in Usui, Karuna, and Holy Fire Reiki, Emotion Code as well as Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Curt has developed his own Emotional Release Style called ERP, focused on assisting individuals with physical pain, stress, anxiety, depression & unwanted energy attached to emotions in the body. He has supported over 300 clients in Ottawa and online in releasing energetic blockages and emotions, resulting in clients feeling lighter, more aligned, and relief from pain.
Curt offers Emotional Release Energy Sessions in person at Harmonic Egg Ottawa on Thursdays and Sundays.
